I had a really good experience and was seriously impressed! The chicken was hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned – exactly what you expect from KFC at its best. The sides were fresh and tasty. I only waited a few minutes for my food, The staff was friendly and quick, and the place looked clean and well-kept. Prices are reasonable for the portion size, and I left feeling full and satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I stopped by markville and went to KFC and was so impressed with the service thanks to Arjun, the young cashier. Even when the store got a little busy, he stayed calm and focused working at a fast pace to ensure every customer was looked after with no issues. That level of care really stood out. I ordered a 2-piece combo, and the chicken was incredibly fresh—crispy on the outside, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The fries were equally amazing, with just the right amount of seasoning that made them taste so flavorful. Overall, it was a quick, friendly, and delicious meal—huge thanks to Arjun and the KFC team at Markville Mall!

A very good deal here! $9.99 two chicken burgers two bags of french fries and popcorn chicken dine for 2. add a dollar to get a drink. 2 of us, we couldn't finish it. Excellent deal for this. I don't know how long this deal will last, but do check it out

This place was excellent. Unprompted a member of the family said: "This is the most delicious KFC I have tasted in decades!!!!!" The staff cooked our large orde r quickly. It was delicious and the staff were cheerful and pleasant. I give this location top marks. Well done guys. I will be back to eat again before I leave Canada.

My first time having kfc in many, many years. Don’t usually come for the fried chicken, but I do come for the Big Crunch sandwich and decided to come because of their festive sandwich. Was really reluctant and hesitant, but it actually turned out really nicely. The stuffing with cranberry sauce really leveled up the sandwich. The piece of fried chicken was a little soggy, but could’ve been due to the gravy or cranberry sauce Service was actually decently quick for a Sunday afternoon at markville mall. There isn’t much atmosphere as it is in the food court so it’s just busy all around Person taking my order was quick, understood the assignment and put everything in correctly Great job overall. Have seen the other reviews and think I was lucky not to encounter those experiences!
